The best of both worlds! Our Hybrid Training at WhittleStrength is perfect for busy individuals who want to follow our world-class programming but may not be able to make it to our facility as often. Hybrid Training allows us to create a training and nutrition program for clients to follow through the WhittleStrength Fitness App and work with them in-person on their form and exercise execution. Typically clients will meet with a WhittleStrength coach 1x/ week and execute their remaining workouts at their home or local gym. In-person with hybrid clients we go over and tweak their programming, form, tempo and nutrition to keep them on point with their goals. Clients can commit to 12 or 24 weeks of our Hybrid Training!
