2:1 Partner Training Session $80 per appointment From $50 per visit with WhittleStrength 2:1 Partner Training (48 Sessions) pass Purchase required to enroll

The next best thing! Our 2:1 Partner Training is exactly the same as our Personal Training except you bring a buddy along for the session. Nothing can compare to the attention, programming and implementation when working with a WhittleStrength coach directly! 2:1 Partner Training Session packages range from 6, 12, 24 & 48 bundles. Our signature training! Experience what it’s like to train in a group of like-minded individuals. Semi-Private training at WhittleStrength allows clients to experience individual attention, world-class programming and a supportive community to help them achieve the results of their dreams! Our expert coaches craft 16-week training cycles divided into 4 phases that change each month and guide you on the proper exercise selection, sets, reps, tempo and load to optimize your results on our Prime Fitness and Watson Gym Equipment! Semi-Private sessions range between 3-6 clients and feature a flexible rolling schedule throughout the week. All semi-private memberships include InBody body composition measurements to track your progress, access to our private client group with continuing training and nutrition education, a high-protein nutrition guide to maximize your results and wholesale pricing on our on-site supplement shop from Thorne, NutriDyn, and Infinity Fitness!

Hybrid Training (Online & In Person Coaching)

Our comprehensive Online Training emphasizes positive lifestyle changes, habit-based nutritional guidance and world-class training all structured around your abilities and what you have access to. Online Training with WhittleStrength is designed for all levels of fitness and prioritizes education. We aren’t flashy or in your face - we teach the habits that get you results in and out of the gym. Our personal Online Training will teach you how to train properly, efficiently and towards your goals, all while learning how to eat intuitively and create a nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle. WS Hybrid Training - Online & In Person Coaching $125 per appointment $69 Purchase required to enroll

The best of both worlds! Our Hybrid Training at WhittleStrength is perfect for busy individuals who want to follow our world-class programming but may not be able to make it to our facility as often. Hybrid Training allows us to create a training and nutrition program for clients to follow through the WhittleStrength Fitness App and work with them in-person on their form and exercise execution. Typically clients will meet with a WhittleStrength coach 1x/ week and execute their remaining workouts at their home or local gym. In-person with hybrid clients we go over and tweak their programming, form, tempo and nutrition to keep them on point with their goals. Clients can commit to 12 or 24 weeks of our Hybrid Training!

Nutrition Coaching

Inbody Scan $25 per appointment A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Stay on point! Track your lean muscle mass and body fat! Our inBody is a great tool to keep clients accountable and on track with their goals! Typically inBody measurements are done every 4-6 weeks depending on the training and nutrition protocol. Walk-ins or clients who purchase class passes will need to purchase an individual scan each time.

InBody Consultation $50 per appointment A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Feedback from a Coach! Track your lean muscle mass and body fat and go over the results with a WhittleStrength coach! This allows clients to adjust their lifestyle based off their inBody measurement results.

Nutrition Consultation $100 per appointment A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Eat your protein! In order to see progress in the gym, you need to prioritize your nutrition. Our habit-based approach to nutrition allows us to meet clients where they’re at in their journey. We don’t force meal plans that don’t work on people, we create long-term, sustainable nutritional habits that match your training and lifestyle. Just like our approach to training, we want clients to build a strong nutritional understanding and foundation, before we give them more specific macronutrient targets. Our inclusive approach to nutrition coaching means we can cater to anyone looking to see real sustainable results! In this consultation we’ll create a game plan based around your fitness and lifestyle goals!

Courses and Workshops

Our Mobility Workshops are focused on unlocking restricted joints and tissues to give you full expression of your body’s movement potential.

Functional Movement Workshop $175 per class Purchase required to enroll

Each Functional Movement Workshop is designed to teach the proper warmup, form, and execution of a specific functional pattern or strength training movement. Each session includes a 90 minute workshop followed by a 30 minute skills practice and Q&A session.

Foundations of Movement $250 Purchase required to enroll

Our Foundations of Movement Group Course is a 6 part series covering full body assessment and corrective exercise. Over the course of our 6 sessions, we will explore and assess your joint mobility and stability and identify areas of focus to improve your movement and performance while reducing risk of injury.
